We are a victim of fraud from this company for Noida Sec 138 D'Villas Project

We have deposited 10 lakhs in this project last two years back and project never started nor they refunded us the money.
Recently the check given to us by Mr Tirath Ram sharma has bounced. He is a fraud and liar. He has keep on asking to wait for few days, 2 days etc from last year and finally the check he gave us for the account which has zero balance. This guy should be behind the bars . Not sure how he is living freely.

(D’villas, AMULYAM or Devashish Homes - Nainital), kindly make sure you won’t invest in any of their projects.
