We have paid a token advance of rupees 3 lakhs to Panchamrit builders in June 2012 ( in 3 to 4 installments)
for a villa at Nagaram Village, Maheshwaram Mandal.
Later on the managing director Mr. Nagaraju is not responding to the phone calls and his office is locked. The office phone number is also disconnected.
Its been 2 years and there is no movement in the project. I would like to withdraw from the deal and get back the amount...

Realtor didn't return the token advance

We have paid a token advance of rupees 50000 in two instalments for villa to Panchamrit builders in 2012 March.
Later on that managing director Raju is not contacting with us any-more and he is avoiding our calls.
Its been 1 year and 9 months and now we wanted to withdraw this project and get back our amount fully as there is no progress in construction of the project.
Please do the needful.
