I have applied online thinking that it is an online service and was asked to pay fees of 107. Payment ID for this transaction is [protected]. I want this to be refunded immediately....

I had applied for Pan Modification with the requisite fee vide registered letter Receipt NoRU[protected]IN dated[protected] and RU[protected]IN dated[protected] respectively But the concerned authorities never cared for the same and I am a senior citizen and unable to approach the concerned. Now I request to guide PAN INDIA to expedite the same and my job is held up....

On 25 Dec I apply for the reprint of pan card.but I have no idea that they provide offline service because they not mentioned on the form so i want my money back...

I have applied two times from panindia currently with order ID SH-[protected]LO and token no G[protected] with sending all required documents but still status showing as documents not received.

Hi Panindia,

I have sent application form and all proof documents for name correction in my pan card via speed post(The professional courier) on 19/10/2020 and it is received on 21/10/2020(tracked in the professional courier tracking). But in the panindia tracking status, the status is still "documents not received". There is no response in mail also.
Kindly verify my documents and start the process of pan card. Please...

Sir, i applied pan card online for correction purpose. By mistake i have make a payment of rs 499. While approx. Charges for pan card from ndls is 120 rs. They charged 379 rs extra. I have applied for pan card on 19 sep and after being rs 499 being deducted from my account a msg shown on the payment failure application cancel and if the amount is deducted willbe refunded but 1 week has gone no refund is done.
And even after cancellation i have applied again again 499rs chargd from me. This is too much 499+499 plz refund. Plz....

I was told to send the application and other documents in the physical form which i did but still i have not received the pan card. The status is always showing "application is under process. Documents under verification" for the last few days. There is no response to my emails other than automated messages br...

I r shalini applied for new pan card through panindia i paid sum of rs 500 through online and now the pan card application is saying "application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications"
