Paradise Restaurant Complaints & Reviews

We along with family has visited Paradise restaurant on[protected] in bowenpally Hyderabad.
I have ordered mutton and chicken biryani. The biryani provided by them is very tasteless and useless.

I asked them to take return but they didn’t.

That was the worst biryani in the world and worst experience I had over there....

Today I ordered Royal chicken biryani from GSM mall, Paradise Biryani Madeenaguda. The quality and taste of food is worst. They did not send gravy too. Nowadays quality of food has degraded. I am customer of paradise from last 15 years, but nowadays you are not maintaing the quality and taste....

The paradise said if we order 299 or more we get a free royal chicken biryani but after saying my 3 redeem codes. They said sir they don't working. So i paid extra money for that and i complain to the customer care but they don't solve it...

Today night around 10:30 (9/3/2020) i visited paradise for a cup of tea and to buy some cake.
I had my tea and brought home the cake, on opening the package there was a mosquito on the cake which is very unhygienic and disturbing. If i had not noticed it and consumed the cake, it would lead some health issues. I went back to the hotel but it was closed.
This is not expected....
