Non Refund for Cancelled flight

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Date of flight 10 Sep 2010. Booking ref PNR 0M9MOD, flight no I7479, from Chennai to Madurai for passenger - Abdul Gani.

The flight has been cancelled and i have been communicated about this cancellation on 8th September '10 and also confirmed me that the full refund will be made for the flight ticket within a week time.

Refund of cancellation charges

I have made a booking on 14th March 2010 for travel with my family from Bangalore to Chennai on 15th May 2010 by Paramount Airways (PNR No. 0M8KNL). But due to the unfortunate developments with their lessors, Paramount’s flights are grounded based on the verdict of DGCA, for most of the sectors including Bangalore – Chennai which are cancelled continuously.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sir, I have booked a flight from Chennai to Madurai on 28th August 2009 6.45 AM. We have travelled from Singapore on the previous night with kids (6 and 2 yrs) and stayed nearby airport. We reached the ariport entrance by 6 AM and due to the constuction and traffic blockage we went into airport by 6.15. One of the paramount staff collected our tickets and our baggages were screened. Lethargic and non reciporcative customer service

Dear Sir

I had booked on 3rd July 2009 from Chennai to Hyderabad on flight no. 17643 departing at 06.25 am.
I was present at the airport the previous midnight asking if the flight was on time at the counter and the reply given was positive. On 3rd early morning, the staff of paramount airways did not open the counter till 5.30 a.m. and a big queue of passengers were standing with tension. At 5.45 am. cooly one employee...
