I am shocked at the apathy showed by both the Paramount Symphony management as well as the RWA regarding bachelor's accommodation. It is a big security concerns especially after the recent rape incident in Delhi NCR. These students come form C grade institutes where they are not even required to submit proper identification proofs. Cases of ve teasing and drunken behavior are already common. I have booked a flat in Paramount Symphony, Yantra Tower in March 2008 and in the allotment letter the Builder has mentioned that the possession will be given in 3 years of time( i.e. March, 2011) + 3 months Grace Period. Later on in the same Project in the same tower they have released the Allotment letter to other Flat owners with the mentioned Possession Date as 31, October, 2010 + 3 months Grace Period.

There are so many builders, but I never found any builder who is concern about their customer
problem. At any point of time we can go and reach Paramount builders to get our problem solved and
we always get benefits from them time to time....
