I send a parcel from Japan to India but it's being hold by the indian post for like one week I complain regarding this to Japan post too Tracking number (EN[protected]JP) Nothing wrong in the parcel the parcel contain some medical plasters called sippu in Japan and I need to send them to the receiver soon cause he is not well Japan post scan all before sending a thing, I complain regarding...

My courier stuck in IGI TMO New Delhi from last 22nd FEb 2022 and today is 1 of April 2022, more than 1 month, so its enough now and i need my parcel back..

tell me the process and pick up the phone if you provide a Numbers for customers....

My product is stuck in Kolkata AP TMO for 13-14days . why its take so long time ?! For a international percel why its delay too long...

I booked my luggauge from Howrah on 13 February 2010 to Yeshwantpur which contained some of important belongings. i saw many people complaining and many people sharing their problems... but these no solution column or suggetions for the proper channel of complain... i dont think any action is taken or resolutions are done, , these is no link to the results of these complaints..
so what is the purpose of wasting time complaining everywhere

I had received a parcel via TNT with your airway bill no GE[protected]WW.Your delivery person had collected Rs.550/-AS in for Octroi for the parcel, but while when I asked for the Octroi receipt he just when away suddenly . I had registered a complaint on your hotline number [protected].Somebody had talked to me and satisfied me that they will take this matter in priority and will inform me the status.But till date nothing...

On 8th July I sent a parcel by Speed Post from the Chennai Thiruvanmiyur Post office to Ms. Vijaya Venkatesh in THANE, Maharashtra. I was charged Rs. 180 and was assured that the parcel will be delivered in Thane on 9th July.

Today it is 11th July. Yet the parcel has not yet been delivered. The Madras Postal Department says it cannot track the delivery because the system is down...
