I was alarmed by the unexpected blocking of my account and it really shocked me. I am extremely disappointed that the support team is not responding to my requests, as it is extremely important for me to urgently regain access to my account and get my funds back. I feel completely at a loss as to how to proceed in this situation. I am very happy to be left alone with my problem.

Complaint marked as Resolved I started actively searching for information and communicating with other users who had encountered a similar problem. Eventually, after some experimentation and patience, I found a way to restore access to my account. Support responded, but everything is already working.
