It is not due to I am not planning to go out side but due to:

1 your inventory is always full from ( nov to Feb and March to May)
2 we can book for 6 months only .
3. You never provide more than two nights in a single request.
4. You are not taking request before completing the booking.
5. Also I don't understand how ur inventory gets full before 45 days( even before 4 months) as you guys are not...

I have been trying to make a booking and everytime I ask for a booking I am told that the inventory is completely sold.

When I highlighted that it is a common pattern at their end and I will file a complaint this is the exact response I got from the reservations department.

I bought a membership of Park Royal Holidays, Ahmedabad. I paid 70000 Rs for five years and 30 nights. They told me to book before 45 days and I booked before 60 days still they told me to wait and now told that they can give me only two nights.
Even didnt send me the list of hotels. Sales representative made fake promises and customer care representative showed...

I strongly advise against purchasing a membership from this company. Despite sending a reservation request 90 days in advance, they have informed me that they will only update the booking details in the first week of March, and even then, it is subject to availability. THE COMPANY boasts of giving stays in 4-5 star hotels and resorts. but they have very low places. worst part is they dont listen once you pay. and are least bothered about wasting their customers holidays with such waste hotels.

When the membership was given, they was told that we will book the holiday plan anytime but when I asked for booking for 3 nights on 2nd October, no response was given and they said that the property is not available yet. Now again I mailed for booking for 8th dec, same reply, these people do not give any booking, only when I had given membership, they gave me hotel to show for one night and now they are not giving any booking. No one talks....

Plz request all o[censored], do not take membership from park royal holydays, the did not provide u any hotels which date u want.
The give only off seasons dates or very far form destination. Or non star hotels, or try to give u forcefully rather then 4 or 5 star. Commitment backfist or dinner but provide only one one things. I[censored] want 3 days they give u 2 days, so one day u take another hotels with own cost. Customer care did not pick phone...

Plz don't buy these packages. They make fool. They are not giving any proper response to the customers. While taking membership they make very big promises about holidays and bookings but after that when we go for bookings or we mail to the reservation desk they Don’t give any replies to your booking.

My membership number 12925 purchased after know about company bcoz of they keep on follow up, they said at the time of purchase membership they have 5 hotels in visakhapatnam

Park royal holiday very big fraud company of travel industry, they just making fool customer, they don't provide booking, they promised me, they will provide booking very easily, but they don't provide, they make new reason every booking time, I have lot of problems with park royal, .

Wrong and false promises to provide desired hotel at desired location. After taking 62k, they will stop responding and will not give you anything....

I have not received my claim money instead i have been sued by park royal holidays by representative name DIVYANSI DAMOR who is not ready to give me my claim amount.
You are requested to give my claim amount rs.60000 for compensation for defamation and metal stress agony....
