SUB: Two Passport applications returned for revalidation of DDs and pendancy of two passport applications to issue passports-reg.
In reference to above, first it is to inform that two applications nos. LKOZ 140340 and LKOZ 140337 in the name of Prem Narain Nigam and Smt Jyoti Nigam respectively are pending to issue passports for the last one year.

I am Praveen kumar nishad. I live in Gorakhpur, UP state. By profession I am a chemical engineer doing job in a private firm now.
My passport office is Lucknow. I have applier for my passport in July 2008 but not got my passport till date. More than a year has been lapsed.
