However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

passport not received
dear sir, i had applied for the renewal of my passport on 22nd april 2008 and slip number is z331134, ihad been frequently visitng the passport office chd. for inquiry for my passport since 11june but in vain, visited 8 times during this but when last visited on26 december 2008 got the response from inquiry counter to deposit rs 1000 as my draft accompanying the application validity is over and ideposited the same at the counter with rupees...

My name is Maria Rehman, applied for my passport on 4th June 2008 at Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi. My passport required change of address form Shimla to Delhi for which a police varification was needed.
Despite the varified police report, all essential documents and fees, my passport hav been pending for more than 6 months now.
Please help me ..I am really frustrated.
