I had visited thrice, to the passport office Raipur (Chhattisgarh)- but every time they ask for different document as a supporting against CHANGE OF NAME OF MY MOTHER, first they hold my application and asked me to submit an affidavit, second day when I produced the same, they simply hold it again saying that we require ANNEXURE E as supporting document.
Sir, this is grossly unfair on our part - we are also working...

I mailed before to passport officers and already registered my complaint online. But still didn't get any response from anywhere.
I called again here Passport office Raipur, But again no one is receiving phone calls.
I got email address of Raipur passport office "rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in", But unfortunately it is not in use and sent emails can't deliver on this email address.br...
