UNABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

Hi, I have been trying to book an appointment for passport for 26 days now and haven't been able to do so. Before it was I either my missed the slot inspite of having got it or the time window was over. But for the past 10 days I have been getting an error like 'UNABLE TO PROCESS THE REQUEST TRY AFTER SOME TIME'.I am pretty sure that there's no fault of mine.

The website passportindia.gov.in is not working. Can government of India stress on the company who created the website (TCS) to give better quality product? Can GOI hire better people who can take the delievered product after proper testing. Can GOI come up with better contracts with their vendors to provide better quality to their consumers. I am sure the vendor company would not provide similar quality products to foreign clients. Its time...
