I have trip from Jamnagar to mundra at 23:00 o'clock I reached at office at 22:20 from porbander to Jamnagar by Patel bus. I have to wait for near about 40 minutes stop. But due to too much mosquito inside and outside office, toilet every where. very difficult to spend time some mosquito bite to my child to swell many parts of body.
I talked to office person regards no any mosquito killer liquid or any arrangements inside and outside...

Talked about different seat on call and then they changed the seat on time of traveling and even after so much complaints they didn't change and took extra 200 charges which was not discussed on call...

Worst service ever. U can book your parcel only i[censored] want loose it. Or u have excess time to run behind the bus. I booked a parcel from vadodara to Ahmedabad. Bus conductor didn't unload my parcel. I had to spend 1000rs to get the parcel. Had to run behind the bus....

Above bus unnecessarily 30min stop near chotila without any reason and AC not working in AC sleeper coach from Limbdi to Ahmedabad, in bus 37'c and also burning smell come though AC went till not get positive response from bus driver and cleaner person, very bad experience and very bad service....

Yesterday my sister was travelling from ahmedabad to mundra at 2.30pm.the bus arriving time at mundra was 10.30 pm, That bus was already come late at ahmedabad that is 3.30 pm and when i am ask to call center they are not properly answer, after that the bus suddenly stop at anjar at 10.30 pm and leave the passenger at anjar which is 46km from mundra.Driver told that another bus came there and pick the passenger from anjar and drop to mundra.my...

I booked mumbai darshan ticket from his travel agency on March 21st for 2 people by paying him amount of 1700 Rs, 850Rs per person as guided by him.
The fare distribution was as such: 350+160+220+70+50=850
Later on the day of Mumbai Darshan that was on 28th, he said the Darsan will be on Non AC Bus, whereas he charged 350 for AC Bus.
he said he will refund amount 100Rs each as it was the last minute change.

I booked mine seat in patel tours and travels from Ahmedabad prahlad nagar to deshalpar nakhatrana... the bus departed 1 hour late... Time was 9:00pm and departed at 10:00pm... the bus staff was getting a hold at each and every cross road to get passengers...
The main thing even the charging plugs are just kept for show off... none of them are working... We pay for the first class service and get back the worst one!...

I had booked a bus through patel tours and travels from pune to rajkot. The bus departed at 6.15pm on the 14th of august. It was expected to reach at 11am on the 15th of august. This timing were mentioned online while booking the ticket. There was not much traffic neither any rains but the bus made numerous stops on the way waiting for a long time all the way. I travelled from ahmedabad to dwarka on 10th dec in patel travels ac bus. It was a nightmarish experience. The bus stopped at every small town to pick up and drop passengers. Some local passengers started smoking inside ac bus and it was suffocating. There was no privacy inside sleeper berth as local passengers started intruding tre bus reached the destination late by 2 hours. There is no control over local passengers by the conductor and...

I have to travel frequently.I know Patel travels from year of 2003.But yesterday i had travel from Gandhidham to Ahmedabad by Patel Travels Bus and I have decided that never travel with Patel Travels.
