Name change not done for mostly five months

Good Day,
My consumer no is 706. As of now, my father was passed away so i have changed the name to my mother name. I have submitted all photocopy and original document to the agencies on 29/07/2020.
After one month, i asked them again regarding this update. They said that they will call to the given mobile no in the document . Still same reason given by them. They taking more than five month to change the name change issues....

Each and every time i complained about demanding extra cost of rs 50 by delivery person in pattamal gas agency to the agency itself, so far they have not taken any serious steps to stop this crime. Kindly the concern head members should take immediate and necessary action to avoid this. This is looking like a decent robbery. Demanding is highly punishable. Please take proper action to stop demanding extra amount for each delivery of the gas...

subsidy related issue

I am indane gas consumer my consumer no. A461, my problem are i am not received subsidy past one year from indane gas. I have given lot complaint by on line to indane and also to the gas agency but my problem not solved till date. And no one give proper reply for my subsidy.

Poor service for getting New connection

I have requested for a new gas connection with M/s. Pattammal Gas Agency of Mudichuur Road West Tambaram, Chennai-600045 two months back. Still I have neither got the connection nor the confirmation for new serice.
