Pay Zapp Complaints & Reviews

Yesterday while making a transaction of rs 3000 to my account i faced a slow process and after a long waiting period i got the information as trasaction sucessful... But later i recieved a notification as ur session has been timed out u will get a refund within five working days nu... As they mentioned however the amount is debited with no credit to srinivas prabhu u ll get a refund within five working days... Seriously im very much upset...

I had added 10, 000/- Rs. to Pay Zapp Wallet. Money deducted from My card but not loaded in Payzapp Wallet. From last 1 day i'm trying to connect the call center but it's continuously busy. Mail sent to Support Team of Pay Zapp but no revert. It's my hard earn money. Can any one suggest how to get back money from Pay Zapp.
