I hv paid rs 700 thru paytm, but as on date the co. Has not upgraded my account to premium. If they are not able to sort out the problem then they should return the money thru paytm on my paytm no. Which is [protected]. This kind of fraud is not warranted and brings a wrong name to the co. I strongly recommend that strict action should be taken against such company's....

I have paid the fee for premium account. My account has not been upgraded. I
Have not received any email from them. Money has been deducted from my paytm wallet. They say account will be upgraded in 3 hours. Its more than 3 hours but there's no response. I have also mailed to their customer care. Still there is no word from them. Please help me to get my money refunded....
