I had purchased an office chair worth 663.91 from the PBLifestyle https://pblifestyle.myshopify.com/. The Ad showed up in Facebook on 1st March 2021.

When I wanted to check with the Customer Care after 1 month, I got a number [protected] from the website which is also fake as I think the scammers only put in the below website.

I had ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM based on Facebook advertisement and online payment made Rs. 800 and got the order confirmation receipt but there is no update on the product delivery status.

There is no response on the email...

Had placed an order for elite chair on 20 of Feb & made a payment of Rs. 588 . There is no progress/update on the delivery. This shopping marketplace seems to be fraud. Additionally, this website ads are prominent in facebook & other social media websites as well.

Please help to track & deliver the placed order or return the money paid...

I ordered a gaming chair on 26th and there is just an order number which came in a msg...the website is now unavailable... Can any one help in this??...

Ordered Elite gaming chair and others through Razorpay. Only reason trusted was the payment mode through Razorpay. Kindly refund the money as this is not authorized dealer....

I had ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM based on Facebook advertisement order number #13782 on 2nd March 2021 and payment made through my credit card of Rs. 1207.82 and processed and got below message from ICICI Bank.

"INR 1, 207.82 debited on Credit Card XX3009 on 02-Mar-21. Info: RAZ*SENDIMENTRY."...

I had ordered the gaming chair on 27.02.2021 through pblifestyle.myshopify.com and the payment of 708.82 is made online.

Till today I did not get the product.

When I am searching online for contact numbers, I am unable to contact the right person. Online numbers are being answered as this this not online pblifestyle stores.

It seems I have been duped. Need to raise the complaint for the same......

I had placed an order on 26th February, 2021, order # 9048, i have not received any update or no product received until now.
no help from customer care and now the company website is down and it says closed, please help find this fraudsters and make them pay for their bad deeds

looks like they have cheated many people now....

I have ordered an elite chair with pblifestyle with my Airtel money, but no response from them back.

Can you please file a complaint against them and stop this in future for others?...

I made a purchase of a gaming chair priced at Rs.663.91, inclusive of shipping charges and taxes. I made the purchase and they sent two emails in total, one telling me that they have received the order and the second confirming the order. I haven't received any further emails from them. The order was never prepared or shipped. but the price was paid. Now, the store has disappeared from the domain, which they never owned in the first place....

Please help me, I paid 663 Rs. For chair & I did not get any text from company. Pls. Help me for return money in the my account....

I had ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM based on Facebook advertisement and payment made through Razorpay. Found them to be a fraud later. Payment was made through my debit card of Citibank for Rs. 708.82 and got processed.
Msg from Citibank received was "Thank you for using your Citibank Debit Card 54XXXXXXXXXX1019 for Rs. 708.82 at RAZ SENDIMENTRY LITE SU on 25-FEB-21."

Further I came to know that...

I had ordered a product from Pb lifestyle company, it has been a week and i havent received any update on the delivery status.it is not just me, but there are entire people who face the same issue and have complained about this same problem.i live in banglore, so delivery should not take this long.I made a payment of 709 through razorpay gateway.
Please help.I would really appreciate if you would look into the matter, as this is coming...

They have taken the money Rs 663.91 under fake order number 8269. Money is debited through Razor Pay and Razor Pay is not bothered to checked if this is true or not. Like everyone else Paid money on Feb 25 2021. They should atleast be tried and refund to be processed. They cannot be cheating people like this. Facebook recommended this
