The airlines had given a refund of rs.7215 to pearl international tours & travels ltd. /sastiticket.com for cancellation of their flight.
The travels agent, pearl international tours & travels ltd. /sastiticket.com, have refunded only rs.6945.
The balance is yet to be refunded even though they have received the refund more than 60 days ago.
This is the worst service ever by a travel agent.

I have booked a ticket through team sastiticket of pearl intl. Tours & travels ltd. For travel to & from bangalore and lucknow on 15-9-17.

On 12-9-17, go air cancelled the flight due to some engine issues and have promptly refunded the amount to pearl intl. Tours and travels on 14-9-17.

I have sent a mail to sasti seeking refund on 27-9-17 refund of the amount.
Till today nobody had bothered to reply me.br...
