Dear BMC,
I am an employee at Naman Midtown Building in Elphinstone Road,
There is a Black Pet Dog owned by some slum dweller lady behind the building and a road to reach office
She unties the dog and leave him outside the dog on the road,
The dog Barks on Kids, Jumps on anybody Drags away the umbrellas and bags from peoples hands into the house,
the lady must be doing purposely as even after...

I would like to bring your attention about a wild dog in our neighbour which at times chases children men and women. It also has bitten two children.
