I have submitted my petro card at Saksham Motors, near Deen Dayal Hospital, Hari Nagar, New Delhi on 7th of April, 2009 vide their receipt No.291631. It has not been received back at my residence. Please expedite to enable me to use the card at theliest.

I am a customer of Petro Card and my customer ID is CU[protected]. I received a letter from Petro Card informing me that I am not using the Card since so long and so I hv to start using my card latest by March 2009 to avoid expiry of card. Now the situation is that my card has gor damaged so wont able to use. kindly suggest me the solution.
