COMPLAIN ON COMPLAIN BOX ON 22ND MAY 2018.

This company all nos. is closed. And not respond any Landline No. Mobile just working but not received by any one and any no.

We have pay Rs. 4, 500/- on by Credit Card SEPT. 2015. And pay again Rs. 10, 000/- ICICI BANK Credit Card on JULY 2017.

This company is send False Email, False Commitment, False Office Landline Nos. etc.

Fraud Team...

I have taken a package after false commitment from the executive on Ist May - 2017 which on confirmation call i declined and requested a refund these people kept on telling lies that the will transfer the money online they took all my bank account details but after almost a chase of 7 months i finally received post dated cheque for 22th December 2017. I thought now it's over but to my surprise the cheque bounced and the customer care asked...

I purchased policy online by paying rs 10000/
More than 15 days have been gone still i did't get my kit. Every time when i call customer care they say it will be deliver today evening, it was expected to receive 10 days before. 7-8 times i called every time same reply i got.
One of the worst service i have seen in my life. Very very disappointed with phci service, no call no email.
Finally i deceided to cancel my policy...

Name of the company - preventive health care india (Phci).
Made me avail platinum plan & took rs 10000 from me.
But have not delivered anything till now including bp monitoring machine, glucometer, tax benefits, benefits against rs 4000 discount coupons etc.

I am now planning to lodge a police complaint and going to consumer forum for fraud.

While selling the health plan, phci customer officer, and even too manager, called me several times a day, to convince me. But after purchase of the plan at ₹10000, their mobiles and landline contact nos became unreachable, without any confirmation...I called them 100 times a day, but no reply and no action for refund of money after cancellation of policy...It is not trustworthy plan and company...Pls help me to get refund of money....
