I relocated from bangalore to pune few months back using phoenix re-locators service, my overall experience is totally pathetic. I would give 0 ratings for there service. Here is why it is:

1. I had transferred my luggage and bike. It took a 15 days for luggage and more than a month for bike.

2. I should have ideally complained in consumer court. These guys littleraly tortured me for one month.

I recently relocated from Bangalore to Hyderabad, as every one does I have approached few packers and movers have got the quotations. Finally I choose Phoenix re locations though they are expensive but later I realize that one of the worst services that I have ever got from any vendor.

1. They have created lot of anxiety by coming late by 3 1/2hrs at 12:30 PM instead of 9 AM as promised a day before though Akshay said that they will come at 7 AM at the time of confirmation.
