I ordered id 155327 a mobile redmi 4 (4gb+64gb) on 24.10.2017 & paid payment rs. 8, 499/- through phonepe. The order did not receive me till date. I have informed many times through mail, but no response instead of receive a message every time " we will came back soon. Their customers care no. I ordered redmi 4a on the festive eve of diwali (19th oct).. As they offered for 5999/- till now no response from their end.
Before ordering i called them asked details they responded but after placing order they never turned back, i think this is a plan of company to cheat the customers in such a way.

Now they are displaying message "please check your email you get your tracking details by tonight."
No response...

Sir, maine redmi4a phone ka order 24oct 2017 ko kiya tha, jiska conformation msg bhi aya tha. Mere ac. Se 5999/- pay bhi ho chuka hai. Caseback bhi nhi mila hai. Costmer care ka phone no. Auto disconect ho rha hai. Please mera order jald pura karen aur caseback bhi den. Mujhe costmer care adhikari se connect kare or costmer care ka nomber mail karen. Thanks....

I have ordered Redmi 4A (3GB +32GB) worth rupees 5999 by www.phoneduniya.com on 24/10/2017. My order ID is 152831, after that conform order, the website is not responding. Their toll free no [protected] is showing off and there is no getting reply of online chat I had to times done. They are not delivering the product. As of now displaying false notice in their website. As being promise by website they will give the tracking...

I had ordered redmi 4a with order no. 146827 & 146657 and made payment via phonepe on 22nd october, 2017 but till now no information about the delivery of products. When i call there customer care it automatically disconnect after one ring and no answer via email or chat support.
I need my money back from such a fraud company and want to teach them a lesson which are spoiling country reputation at online shopping.
