I had placed an order of amount 1000 rs on an online shopping site "phonocart.in". It was a ladies wear online website. It had no cash on delivery option available, so i had to make advance payment. I tracked my order, which after 2 days showed the status as"delivered". When i didn't receive my order within the stipulated time, i mailed them and got a very vague reply stating that they will send it now. After 10 more days, i tried to visit...

I had placed an order for 2 products 399 each... Money was deducted from my account as they cunningly do not have option of cod. The advertisement appears in facebook... This site is a phony site and the same products are available in avoonik and some other sites...in conclusion the products sold for 399 does not have an appropriate contact number or customer care... Belong to the same organisation... The sites are openly looting people......

After going through this advertisement i placed my order on the 23/9/2018 and the order no is 37590 for rs 2544/- which i paid via ola money. Till date i have not received any information about my order. I placed an order for a saree with paying inline paymnet for 399/-. My order # 40588 is not yet shipped and i did not receive any confirmation also. Also, i am not able to find out my order in my orders section in your website.

They have given time of 10- 12 working days for delivery but it is over 20 days. And there is no sign of delivery. Now there website is also not accessible.

Hello, i was order a saree from the phonocart.in it is of Rs.399/- and i was order on 25th September 2018. My order no is 40975 and my payment method was prepaid i.e. From debit card. They send us the message that your product will deliver in 8-10 days but we still cant get the product and we saw that page on facebook and we have their email id i.e. www.phonocart.in. can you Please find out this site to refund our money....

I have found a phonocart.in page in my facebook about online shopping, so i have accessed the website and i have ordered the saree through website on[protected] and have done rs.399/- payment through credit card hence immediately after i got message to mobile as ""your order is successfully received. Your order number is 42468. Your shipment will be delivered in 8-10 days. Phonocart.in"". But till date my order...

I found this on 1-oct-18 so i immediately send mail to their mail. I also send mail that i have bank statement which shows that i paid amount 499/-.
After making i found on more website named clothesfactory have same website lay out same type of return policy.
I immediately send mail them refund my money otherwise wish deliver product. Finally if don't received i will file case.
