from last month we doing mail for our lost 2 parcels which cost 2000 infact we mailed to gaurav as ceo of company but they didt replying from last 1 month

THEY OPEN AND PACK ANOTHER PRODUCT IN OUR PACKET

any now they stop my account and we cant able to ship any product AND THEY DNT REPLYING NOW

I want to cancel my order....

As I ordered Tizum portable gadget organizer in cred shopping. As I am not satisfied with the product. I made return on this product. They have already picked up my product on 9/7/2023.

But it still shows return pickup failed in cred app and in pickrr official site. It shows tracking...

They have put by default weight dispute for all couriers we shipped them recently. And such a unprofessional people no one least bothered to reply on email. All couriers are within 500 gm. Still they mentioned them 2 and 3 kgs. And intensity they did all...

I sent a shipment on 28th April 2023 through Pickrr. The shipment was sent through Ekart Logistics. At the time of delivery (1st May) customer was not able to receive OTP. I provided alternate mobile number but I was told by courier guy that OTP is sent to the mobile number that is provided at the time of shipment creation. Pickrr re-attempted delivery on 2nd May and 3rd May but all the times OTP was not received by customer. I initiated...

My delivery wasn't even attempted yet it is said that it wasn't able to deliver my goods also my actual order was for 1150 now its 1300 if i reattempt delivery....

My courier wasn't even attempted to be delivered but I got a message saying Delivery wasn't able to get in touch with me regarding my Parcel also my order was 1150 and when reattempting it it is now 1300 rupees...

It has been 3 days and these ### did not even CONTACT me once for my delivery. Their delivery boy is again and again declining the order and making false reasons. Horrible company Pickrr.. their CUSTOMER CARE is also ineffective. This company should get banned

When we raise an issue with Pickrr we are only getting this standard reply ( our representative will get back to you ). No action happening in the ground.

Please Note - the given two parcels belong to the same customer and booked on 13th May ( [protected] & [protected] ) . Not delivered even after 15 days . I had initiated several mails and calls regarding the same but no result.

Size problem too short...

Its been more than 10 days, but I still didn't get the cod remittance. When I call them they just say 24-72 hrs more they will take....

They promised to give my cod remittance by 14th March but still I didn't get it. Today is 23rd March....

I saw their advertisement on Instagram and i saw the PORTABLE BLENDER with good price and i ordered CHARGING PORTABLE BLENDER its costs Rs/-699 but they send me different product with very cheap quality, crack also & loose and now i am trying to refund but they even dont receive my call. Please Refund my money 😔

I m dadavali I order casual shirts but I got wrong item and it’s worst return this order and refund money bad experience from pickrr I’m unhappy for worst item...

Parcel ID No. [protected] was dispatched on 28th of Feb'23 and still not delivered to the customer every day it is showing expected delivery date as today . pls look into the issue and resolve.

Also need contact number of the local representative to speak to them to know the reason for the delay in delivering the parcel.

Pls resolve the issue at the earliest....
