I purchased PLANET LPG STOVE one and half year back and since then it is giving trouble. The worst part of it is the glass was broken. I was asked to pay for it as it is not a manufacturing defect. To replace glass they will take their own sweet time. I don't remember GAS stove being purchased with in two or three years. One good learning and advice to all that do not purchase stove with glass. Sir,
I had brought a PLANET LPG STOVE from a retail shop JANATA GENERAL STORE , Choudhury Bazar ,Cuttack -1 on 23/12/2009 . Since the date of purchase the gas stove is not functioning properly and and had to be repaired for about 8 times in 10 months. It is in the warranty period and on registering a complaint with the retailer we are getting a mechanic after 7-8 days.
I want to get this stove changed immediately...
