The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

JF6EA8GM09605 on date[protected] even i gone for regular servises even i purchase bikes from same automobiles and on[protected] stuck with an accident of my pleasure i took him to agency they revert back after 1 month in cash payment invoice no.[protected]RINV[protected] job card no....

Hi,
I assume this as a feedback form for vehicle service satisfaction.
I own a bike "Hero Honda Pleasure" (just bought at aug 2011), for my first service i had many problems in some authorized service centers and totally disgusted.
As i had battery failure problem for couple of months i was troubling with kick starter. Actually saying, i just depended on mechanic sheds than Hero service...
I assume this as a feedback form for vehicle service satisfaction.
