I had applied for portabilty . After i paid i was told that i would get calls and evrything. They said that they had asked for portability and it would be done by 5 ( my policy renewal date) . On 5th nifht 10 pm i recieved a call that portability was rejected where as from aditya birla it was gettin done. And they asked me to purchase new policy. When i said i wanted refund, nobody called me and i was behind umesha headoo Nd other person...

I have purchase a health insurance policy through policyx.com on 04.07.2019 and till date they have not processed the policy with insurance company. Every time i call the customer care they assure to clear the same on day but till date no action has been taken. (Policyx i. D: px[protected]. The policyx agent assured me to get the policy details on the same day before the payment and now days every time they come up with some excuse....

I have purchased health insurance plan no. Policy no. : cancellation of policy prohlr[protected] from policyx
And cancalled by them they assured me that i will get refund within 15 working days which i have not got yet
I have sent complaint to them no one responds nor i got my money back from cigna it 20 day now no one picks the call it policyx responsibility to help but thy do not pick
