disconnecting service crossing credit limit

I am using this connection for the past two years with prompt payments. this time since i was out of place for long time, my bill amount crossed the limit. still payed the bill thru cheque.
The service is cut and when asked, complaint cell says only after clearing the chq, we can activate the connectiopn. We indians do not understand what is the meaning of cheque and India govt. approved chq payments I believe.

I got this connection more than a month back and while going for it. i have submitted all the required documents and i have instructed ur representative that i will be available at my residence before 9 a.m. and after 6.30 pm in the evening for address verification.

I got the connection activated within 24 hours and had ur representative visit my appartment twice...

Wrong ECS Debit

I had paid Rs4000/-(Rupees four thousand only), in Cash towards my airtel mobile bill for Sep'08 on 30th Sep2008.

Also the an amount of Rs4250/-(Rupees Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Only) has been deducted from my bank account (through ECS) as on 10/10/2008.

Before paying Rs4000/- i had already confirmed from the customer care(on # 121), wherein two of the officials miscommunicated that if I pay Rs4000/-...
