Regarding my mobile bill I had been received calls from[protected] where they were asking me to deposit Rs.1370/- .Though I was out of station and the area where I was staying that was a rural area no facility was there to pay my mobile bill.when I came to Rourkela on dt.18.3.11 and went to rkl Agency office at Panposh road near Bajaj T.W Dealer there they told me to deposit Rs.1970/- . I asked them about reason...

i am the bsnl post paid subscriber bearing mobile no. [protected] NE-II cicle. i had many times complined to customercare for cancellation of hello tunesand many times replied that this service had been cancelled for my phone since march 2009. But all the bills comes to be with PRBT usage charges. personally also complied to Accounts officer BSNL Kohima (Nagaland) for recification of the bills. but this is not yet done.
