Dear sir
i have taken new preethi mixure grinder before 25days..it is totally waste mixure..when i run this mixure fume cames from that mixture. i went to customer care at kukatpally, hyderabad.customer care person told to me. wait our manager is not here . he will come & solve this problem..i wait there 2/3 hours. then i return from customer care office
i want tell to public..don't buy preeti mixture

Mixer jar bottom bush broken
Hi,
I bought Preethi Blue leaf mixer one year back (July 2011) in chidambaram. I'm fully satisfied about performance except jars. While bought the mixer, I've received 4 jars. In that no. 2 jar (Medium Size) bottom bush broken while running. The particular jar so far used hardly 200 time only and enclosed the photos for your information. We are using Preethi mixer since 2001 and there is no chance of mishandling of product.
Note: The same brand used by friend, he had same problem above mentioned.
How ever it seems that repetitive complaints from this model. Could you please look into the issues and give feedback as well.

i have purchased preeti lavender just two month ago and with in one week, it stopped working and have huge noise. i was told that it is silent mixer grinder. But, even after my follow up with Preethi customer care, no action has been taken by Preeti. My new preeti mixer is just a loss of money and time!!!
