I had booked cylender on 22.07.2011 under connection no. 16423 through online booking. I received SMS that the cylender booked under ref. no. 8872931 will be delivered shortly under invoice no. 5880. Than again I received SMS that the cylender has been delivered on 31.07.2011 under invoice no.[protected]. I shocked till date it is not delivered. I phoned to the Gas Distributor from where I got replies that why it is not delivered they will check, than on many phone calls made to them they sent boy with cylender without invoice / bill / slip on 11.08.11 but their was leakage from the cylender and immediatly the same has been returned to the boy. I was infomed that the same will be given on next day, this was not done. I again phoned to Prem Gas Agency that why the cylender was not delivered, I again got same reply that why it is not delivered they will check. Today I again phoned them they don't have any detail on my complaint. Now today they again promissed that within one hour the same will be delivered, but not yet done.
