booster pack
i am using airtel prepaid simcard for last 3 years. i recharged with rs 100 and booster pack rs 123 on easy recharge. today 18-12-09 i received a message from sender (airtel) which says my account credieted with bonous talk time of rs 10 for recharge offer. after that my simcard takes rs 1 for each call. i need explaination why its happening. my mobile number - [protected]....

Deduction of balance
My mobile no. is [protected](Pune, Maharashtra). My balance has been deducted and criket information has been sending to me. It hasnot been activated by me.When i called to customer care and talked to senior manager , he didnot lodge my complain and not given me complain no.,after 30 minutes of hot discussion i abused him. He bocked my numer to customer care.

I am using idea sim since 8 years no.[protected] i was availing facility of combo pack but from 13 or 14 June 2008 that facility was withdrawn without my consent, when I called to customer care they told me that your sim is converted to lifetime scheme then i requested that i have not given any consent how it may be possible? Then they registered my complaint and gave me communication ID 51174380 and told me that your problem will be solved...

I lost my one complete day and money due to customer care service.This is happend today[protected].
I lost my sim card(Delhi Number) and called up to the customer care they asked me to get a complaint from police station and visit nearest vodafone store. I visited sheshadripuram and they informed me that it is only possible from Brigade road.And again i travelled and find out brigade road customer...
I lost my one complete day and money due to customer care service.This is happend today[protected].
