Prepaid Taxi At Howrah Complaints & Reviews

The Brake, Accelerator and Clutch system of the taxi assigned was completely broken down, we got to know after boarding it. It left us mid-dway in middle of nowhere and we had a lot of difficulty to reach our destination from there. please address this issue and initiate a refund as soon as possible....

Today I travelled from Howrah to Joka. We were charged Rs 331. After that, the driver was asking for more 50 rupees for a short cut. We refused that.
We were informed that he can go inside joka uptp 500 metres. Before 500 metres only, he was shouting at me to get down.
These drivers shouldn't work for the prepaid services....

They want to save petrol by going through longer routes and frequent traffic signals. We can't give our own convenient route, as they want to save petrol, which is very high!! And also they won't cancel the prepaid ticket, if the passenger doesn't want to go their way or route!! On 15th aug 2017, after exit from the old howrah railway station, i went to the prepaid counter at the right side of the exit (Extn. 217, serial no. 8112792.0001) at 9:02 pm. I booked 2 taxis from howrah to hanapara, keshtopur.
