I have won 2009 INT'L(SHELL) mobile offer.
Fistly they asked me to give my details. I gave the details. Now they are asking me to pay their mailing charges, insurance charges etc. In that message also they said that there is no banking charges nothing is there. Now they are doing like that. Why they dont give my prize and why they are acting like this.
