I bought a propello chimney worth 32000 rupees and after a couple of months the lights stopped working. I called the customer service several times. Days and months now they promise to get it fixed within weeksbut no one comes and there seems to be no help coming. I call them again and they say they sent a person and fixed it and promises to send someone to get it done for sure next time. Again the same story continues. No one comes, nothing....

I have been using propello spalsh alkaline water purifier for past 2 years, and i naver faced any issues regarding the product and service. After sales service is quite good, post amc of my water purifier, servicing for my product was satisfactory. Service guy is also very co-operative to do servicing of my purifier on sundays. These are the thing which made me loyal towards the brand. Fully satisfied :)...
