I was looking for a part time job to work from home last year 2nd Jan 2019. I posted the same on known certified job portals through which a representative from the above company contacted me. They were offering data entry job stating that 90% accuracy has to be achieved. It started when through quikr i thought of going for home based job. I got a call from ms keni roy of prospexiv technology telling me about form filling job. I asked her to send me details through mail. When she sent i realized i won't be able to do this work. For this, when i tried to inform by calling she didn't pick up the phone and then i messaged...

I started the form filling work of prospexiv of 1200 forms in 12 days but i was unable to complete the work, and according to the agreement i paid the amount of ₹4600 to the company now they are harrasing me to pay ₹ 15500 to company and torchering me that they will send the legal notice to me if i am unable to pay the amount and now the helpline number is also unable to contact....

I, prakash Kumar singh made an agreement with the company Prospexiv technology. I got the work from the company and when i was doing the work and i got a message from my friend who was also doing the work for the same company that the agreement which we made with the company was not appropriate. The agreement has same stamp along with the date.

They told me to do form filling and gave a target of filling 900 forms in 9 days...

My got a mail and she filled the form and submitted.

And they are saying that the agreement is signed and you are failed to complete the work and you need to pay 5200 rs within an hour.

I have paid 5200 rs.

But they are saying that 7510 rs need to be paid as section 73, 74 and 75 closing charges.

Otherwise they are saying that, they will be issuing the legal notice.

They take sign before showing agreement. I take a job from this company.. After that i cant finish my work and they told us to pay becausei have done mistake.. But now daily they txt me and told me to pay more money.. Or else i have to face prblm i m a student.. They are mentally torture me daily.. And harresing me.. So plz take action on them.. And help me.....

I have the same problem with this company. The company threat me that they take legal action if I don't give 4900+3250rs money. Please help me. How you resolve the problem? They are calling and touging day n night if I don't pay they would register a compalint itsemms I should come to courts and any this thy r threatening and asking 85, 000 to pay as penalty charges
