The most horrible blankets I've ever purchased in my entire life! Once sheets were washed they were disgusting and useless. I was embarrassed to have these sheets on my bed and could not even use them when I had company! I blame TikTok for recommending this purchase and will never trust that stupid application again! I ended up throwing these blankets in the trash because donating them would be a crime...

I have paid for this already n would like my money back...

Ordered two blankets four months ago. Now the company doesn't exit. I hate being scammed!...

I ordered 2 blankets on April 14 and still haven't received them. can't find any contact info for them now....

I ordered 3 blankets from this place, paid (bank account shows payment taken) and never received NOT ONE BLANKET!! Opened a dispute w my bank and they said the company disputed my claim so they were given ANOTHER 30 days. [censored] Now I have to wait until July 28th to hear anything. What makes this ok for these people to still be taking people's money. We work for our money, dont steal it and we are the ones being punished!! DOESNT MAKE...

This is totally a shame. I am on like many others on a fixed disability income. We want nice things at a reasonable price and this is how we are treated. People that are to cowardly not willing to work scam us out of our money. I ordered in April and NEVER received anything from them. UGH!!!...

I ordered a blanket and it seems like everyone else they took my payment and never sent my order. I emailed them several times only have received one reply. I'm pretty sure this was a scam of some sort. It was advertised on Facebook I now have learned to really look into anything you buy from a Facebook ad....

I have ordered and paid delivery and haven't got the blanket. Cannot contact Puffly. I think I have been scammed....

I bought 2 puffly blankets, back at the beguinning of April. April 14th and I still have not received anything. When I first ordered, and the money left my bank, I got a text message, saying I would get an update text when they ship, and they haven't sent me anything. And I haven't received anything either...

Not a HapPy customer !! Paid for my order in the beginning of April received an email conformation ... bank statement showing payment was taken ..But no order to show for .. Is this a fake site did I get scammed for real:(

I ordered two in black and received my confirmation email and tracking information and money was taken out of my account and that was over a month ago and now I can't find the website anywhere even through my email. this seems to be a complete and total scam very pissed off mom!!!...

I saw this site for comfy blankets(puffly.com) on facebook so I checked it out seemed like a good idea at the time so I ordered one and all I had to pay was shipping (20.00) I got a confirmation email was able to check the tracking but still haven't received the item which was ordered on april 10th...so I tried to reach them and the site is no longer available...so aggravated....

One day when I was scrolling through Facebook I came across this site and it had a promotion buy one get one. I have done everything I can to get a hold of someone but the site is deleted now. It really is a shame 😔 I truly was looking forward to giving one to my mom for her birthday. And lost money talk about a double whammy...
