Recently i have visited pune station, was surprised by seeing so many vendor walking though 1 coach to other. I feel, most of them were unauthorized. Could you please let me know how to identify the authorized vendor out of them? One of trip, one food seller sold the lunch/dinner with very higher rate and with different content in the packed food at pune station. Also, water bottle vendor were selling the water bottle at...

There was one incident happened today in the morning..

I parked my 4 wheeler suggested by a guy to enter the vacant area and took 20rs from me and gave me a blank chit without date, i was new and went to first time inside 4 wheeler parking, After returning back he asked me to pay 20rs and wheni said i have already gave you earlier so he shouted on me and abusing me, and ready to pressuirze and creating a scene infront of everyone.br...

I am vinodh, today i reached pune around 6.30am from my hometown.and my local train schedule was 6.50 am, so i went to ticket counter to get the ticket 5/- rupees,
Their is only one counter open and fully crowded and it will take hardly 30 -40 minutes to take the ticket and crowd is getting surround the counter.no police take responsobility to control.

My complaint is avialbility of counter is large number, but opened...

Recently I was travelling from Pune to bangalore via Udyan Express on 22nd Oct 2011. We reached station in time(before 30 minutes of train arrival) but there was no announcement on which platform the train will come. This created chaos. It was really difficult to board the train as my parents and kid also were with me. Platform number was announced on just last moment. Imagine the situation.
