On my marriage anniversary I ordered cake and flower to my wife through puneflorist.co.in and I paid Rs 1960 /- through Cc avenue payment gateway.after making order, I called on contact number but to my surprise no body was picking call. I received order number which gave me order number but there was no assurance of delivery. Since I was not able to contact them, I send them a email asking them to revert and kept trying to con tact them.on...

This is a fake website which do fraud online. I have a order an online cake and flower which was suppose to delivered on 10th May 2015. Till date it is not delivered. The numbers on the website does not respond. One number is registered in Chandigarh and one from Karnataka. They have debit my money from the payment gateway ccavenue.com. Please get my money back it is 995/-...

I booked flowers for my husband on Valentine’s Day but this website spoiled my whole experience. After making the payment, I received an email saying that if they can deliver the order next day on 15th Feb. I clearly said NO and asked for a refund which they agreed. After asking about the status of refund they sent me an email stating that refund has been initiated and now after 20 days there is no sign of refund. No reply to emails...
