I had purchased Pure-IT Classic water purifier, almost 3 years ago. I am facing some problem with the equipment, like interrupted water flow since past 2 months.

I have registered complaints twice with Pure-it regarding the same. (I also agreed to pay service charges as warranty has elapsed.). It was committed by customer services personnel that their engineer will visit my home within 48 hours.

My water filter is not working because of the refill.Pure-it water filter company (Hindustan lever pvt. ltd. ) if cannot provide the services then why these people selling the products. We are complianting from last 20-25 days for change the refill. Nobody came here. We gave call to the customer care today itself, they told us to come today but nobody came. You people do one thing give my money back & get your water filter out of my house....

I (Deepak Kumar M-[protected] ) have purchase a battery Kit before 3-4 days,
when the time of battery kit replacement a chamber screw has been lost by your service person, so that the water leakage from the joint portion of Pure-it water filter.

Your service person ( Mr. Sikander M-[protected]) say that he is coming after 1 day along with new chamber screw. But till the date he has not came.

We had purchased a Pure-it water purifier few months back & currently on 14Th May'10 had ordered for a New Germ Kill Kit as the old needs to be replaced. But till date no one had visited to replace the same. We had followed up with the call centre for 5 times in alternate days, but every time got the same response that some one will attend the next day. Kindly help....

I experienced after purchasing of Pure-it. Battery (clorine tube) life is very less and its cost is Rs.365/- .it consumed in 800lts. of water purification which costs me @ Rs. 4/- per ltr of water. more than Rs.100 per month. After vigorus follow up with customer care..they are now telling you should not keep in kitchen because temperature should not go beyond 25 degree C.
As per them on 25degree it will purify 1500 ltrs of normal...
