However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Dear sir,
I have booked a printed book parcel from lucknow to allahabad on 05/03/2019 vide lt no. K086404 & paid parcel charges of rs.41 as per the calculation sheet, but the parcel has not reached allahabad till 22/04/2019. When i ask at lucknow about the parcel, they told that they load it on the same date of booking on train no.14370.
