I have been contacting my employer qsource for more than a month and emails have been sent and also i have uploaded my necessary documents in uan portal. My employer refuses to acknoledge and approve my kyc. Please help me with this situation....

I have applied for the withdrawal of PF money at June 2009. The PF account - TN/53001/439 is situated in Chennai. If I check the status through http://www.epfochennai.tn.nic.in/tnepf/StatusNew.aspx the claim shows dispatched and the fact is that I didn't get the money till.
