Sexual harassment

I was waiting at the hospital main entrance for a hour with my husband who has gotten surgery yesterday so he's still hurting pretty bad. When the driver finally picked us up from the hospital he didn't even help me get wheelchair in the back lucky enough for me there was a worker at the hospital to help me with my husband. Pathetic Customer Service

I did an online booking for cab through the website of quickcabs. While booking i got a message " could not connect to the server" which means my booking was not done, i tried it twice but i was getting the same message " couldnot connect to the server".
Suddenly after 2 mins i got 2 messages that 2 cabs have been booked for me. I called up quick cab customer care and explained the whole situation...

Extremely bad Service of Quick Cab

I have taken twice their service, however they are bunch of cheaters , they don't have GPRS, even their drivers have valid commercial license is doubtful. Their cab aren't bad but there are not metering systems in cabs, you cannot make out how much is the bill. They have cabs that is all.
I have not got any bill for the service I have availed. They are saying now that I cannot complaint against them as they don't care...

Never Book Cabs for Shorter Distance

As a cab service, Quick Cabs should and must take all bookings... but for my surprise they always deny service when the distance is shorter...When i raised this issue with the customer care...they said they can only pass on my request to the drivers and this is up to them to accept my request...

First of all...In most of the countries Drivers are told only point of pickup and not Drop just to avoid this problem.

Absolutely Unreliable Service

This is a very deceptive cab service. I would ask them to raise their fare in case they cannot serve their customers on the comitted rate. On one occasion my brother in law was about to miss his train and another occasion I was to miss my flight along with my family. Despite the fact that these cabs were booked a day in advance and we received their sms. Their executives love hanging up on customers. On one occasion I was hung up on 4 times...
