I have purchased and installed the quick heal total security online on 23.09.2017. However it collapsed shortly after purchase and set right. However, it again collapsed on 04.01.2018 due to proximity of virus. Since then, i am contacting customer care by chatting, by calls and emails, no help is forthcoming till date. They are only providing lip service and resorting various dilatory tactics instead of addressing the problem. Perhaps, no...

I had purchased a computer soft wire product of Quick Heal Total Security 12.00(SP1) bearing PRODUCT KEY : 0A9291W70609A1F8A297 and INSTALLATION NUMBER :[protected] and installed to my lenovo laptop but unfortunately the product key has been misplaced and used by some one in another unknown PC. Which results the functioning of above anti virus product installed to my laptop has been stopped. Request please identify the product misused...

my quick heal total securety is not working properly. it doesnot chatch many types of viruses like autorun,samefoldercreate in all foldre it cant dele also. i have bought 3user no one is working properly with latest update..

Highly dissatisfied with the product

I am using Quick Heal total security 2010. But it is unable to detect viruses and worms and for this reason I had to format my laptop several times. So it is my personal experience that using of quick heal for the protection of your system is totally wastage of money and time, it will give you only harassment and nothing. So prefer others instead of quick heal....
