2018.6.198 és 2018.6.25 én nem vettem semmilyen szolgáltatást.

A radiuniverse.com le vont a kártyámról 11990.00-HU semmi nyomát nem látom, hogy mire.

A bankszámla kivonatról derült ki úgy mutatja mind ha én vásároltam volna pedig nem ! Mert épp akkor kórházban tartózkodtam !

I didn't sign up for radiuniverse and they took money out of my credit card... I do buy things on amazon they might of gotten my credit card information from there. I have tried to call them so i can get my money back but there's no answer.
What can i do to get my money back?
Now i think i will never make an online purchase through amazon.
Please advise....

There was a auto debit happening without my knowledge on 24th sat 2018.. Rs. 3135 deducted.. Atleast they could have intimate through sms like are you interested or what with our software???

How they were debited amount from the people with out our any knowlege.. I was register my details and all for the gift purpose only.. I didn't give any authority for the further steps/ processing charges....

I am hemant from pune. My hdfc account got debited with 49.99$ (Approx rs 3197.90) on feb 26, 2018. The amount was debited by radiuniverse.com based at sao paulo. Later in the day they refunded rs 19/- back to my account.

After getting the sms from the bank on late night of feb 26, 2018 regarding the debit of my account i contacted radiuniverse.com on their website for refund. When i contacted them...

Today afternoon i received a message saying that thank you for using debit card for rs.3101.80 in sao paulo at radiuniverse.com* on[protected]:14:49:39. I've never used this radiuniverse but i got a message saying i've been charged with 3101.80 inr on my hdfc debit card. Please check the issue and refund my amount as i haven't made any payment with my knowledge. Take necessary action against such fraudulent organisations......

Avl bal - rs.582030.03, curr o/s - rs.17969.97 my complaint is that the above said payment is made by using my credit card fraud. My card was with me, do, not know he made it without card. I wrote an email to them but I didn’t get any help. I am worried that my card is being misused.
I just read on the web that it’s a scam website. Request to please stop this monthly subscription payment towards my HDFC credit card with immediate effect....

I have allready blocked my cards due to this unauthorised transaction.
Also send the complaint form to hdfc creditcard chennai division.

How it become possible if we useing worldclass hdfc credit card. Is it possible to refund the money...

Avl bal - rs.9602.10, curr o/s - rs.5397.90, but i have not purchased anything. Will i get money back im very much worried.. This website by saying that iam registered for monthly subscription and charged 49.99 dollars approximately 3200 inr on[protected] thursday from my standard bank account illegally with out my knowledge. This is the second time first they deducted 20 inr and the next day they refunded to me now i have withdrawn total amount after this incident so now i request you to solve this issue and plz try to refund my amount....
