The Rail wire Internet connectivity installed on 17th Sept., 2020 (for which payment of Rs.5000/- was paid on 16.09.2020) is hereby surrendered due to poor service of internet and even your maintenance staff does not pick up phone for maintenance of the internet connectivity whenever needed. As such the Rail wire internet has been surrendered on 7th Nov., 2021 and informed your maintenance staff (Mr. Rabha) to disconnect the connectivity....

I am having Internet connection since last more than one year. But quality of service is very poor. In this regard i have complained customer care several times to customer care Nanded and Owner of the Rail wire Nanded. But till date they have not resolved the problem. Due to which every month data is remaining unused going waste.
My connection is in one room and adjacent to that room i am not getting internet. Please advise the concern...

I was using rail-wire broadband since january 2019.. Within this period of time i did not got proper support from service provider.. Many times i have lost connectivity and called their agent but the agent never reached to me at time.. Currently since 75 days we have lost connectivity and not got any support from their agent.. I am in a hope less condition.. I want to surrender their connection but did not know the procedure... As i was depending...
