fraud in refunding the money

dear sir i booked railway ticket using railticketonline.com, and i cancelled the ticket, i could not get the refund amount from railticketonline.com, they are asking several details like credit card front page scan, signature verification etc. its very complicated procedure, i submitted all the details, but still i could not get the refund. i am attaching the conversation below.

Non Refund of Booking Amount

I Have booked a ticket in the name of Me Devendra Kuamr and two other persons while processing the transaction for payment the net disconnected and ticket could not be booked.
