increasing of waiting no. instead of decreasing after 79 days of booking

Sir,
We booked a train no. 12445/uttar s kranti on 5th november from ndls to svdk (Maa vashnodevi) katra through internet. Our waiting was 5-6-7-8 ok. After 79 days name in the waiting was increased from 5-6-7-8 to[protected]. How it is possible. It may be possible to remain the same but cant increase.
I request you to kindly make a vigilance inquiry about the procedure going on in the railways reservation. It may be possible...

Advance booking of train ticket

1.In some important route, the seats are booked within 02 minutes (08:02) of opening date i.e 61 days from journey date. The person who is trying for reservation at railway reservation counter, he never gets the confirm reservation other than WL. So it is very difficult for a person to travel in INDIAN RAIL without reservation for a long distance. There was no water in the train coach no. S4 during the entire night journey of 26.03.2013. In spite of intimation to TTE at Trichur station, no action was taken. Hello sir,
I have booked ticket from bangalore to lucknow.Now the problem which i am facing is that Railway has come up with some bloody rule that unless a final chart will be prepared you won't be able to know the current status of your waiting ticket.Now bcoz of this rule, I am not in a position to go for tatkal ticket since i m not sure that weather my existing ticket will get confirmed or not.
